Just wanted to share...
I don't know if some of you know our living arrangements...DH and I gutted his basement and made it pretty nice. Or should I say DH made it pretty nice. Anyways, we are buying his Parents' house within a year or so and plan to rent the basement out.
I have to say one thing- his Parents' are AWESOME. We honestly don't even see them all the time and we have our own entrance and everything. It's literally our own place.
But, DH built the entire place. Including my kitchen which is my fave part of our apartment. He did everything- sheetrock, installed the cabinets, backspalsh- EVERYTHING. I just wanted to show you what he did.... Mind you, this was the first time he ever did any of this. He looked up how tos online and built everything the way I wanted it.
