Help Changing name!

Hi Ladies.

Where did all of you start in changing your name?

I did join miss now mrs.....but really have not had a chance to do it yet.

Did you change your DL then your SS card?

I find im in this weird limbo right now. My EMAIL has changed at work..but thats it.

:::sigh::::

But I think that once I change my DL then everything can fall into place because I had ID that says my married name.

What did you ladies do??

go to ss office first, then dmv...all that other stuff can slowly be changed...you will need your marriage licence.. before you do anything tho

banks and stuff would be next...credit cards and stuff like that dont require your marriage licence so that was easy

i did the DMV first, then all the banks and stuff. SS was hard to get to b/c their hours are 9-4 so i just recently changed it. i think you can mail in for a new SS card, but i didn't want to mail in my marriage license. even though i'll have to do that for my passport.
