Anyone ever make Campbells broccoli and cheese casserole?

I found the recipe online and Im thinking about making it for Thanksgiving. Is it any good?

I made the one that is on the back of the Broccoli and Cheese soup can...it has chicken and bread crumbs...So I'm not sure if that is the same one but it was ok. If I make it again I will make adjustments to it.

Two nights ago I made the chicken and stuffing casserole from the website and it was good. I would bet its good. So far I like all their recipes.

what's in the recipe? If you put it in - i can def suggest adjustments - I love changing recipes!

Hmmm definitely season it more...salt, pepper, perhaps some garlic? Even if you season the chicken before putting it in the casserole...we felt like the chicken tasted to 'chickeny' does that make sense?

Im making this as a vegetable side dish, so i'll leave the chicken out. Garlic is always good!

I know when my cousin makes it, she adds the following

Yellow peppers
Chopped onions
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
doubles the salt and pepper
and adds more mushrooms

I'm always a fan of adding a little cayenne or chili powder to things but I like spicy!

You could also add a little bacon (which would not move it towards healthier but def towards deliciousness)

I'm not really hip on mushroom soup, but you can sub in cream of chicken, FYI. We do this for the stringbean casserole for thanksgiving -- which IMHO, is the best one. That's the one with the onion ring thingies sprinkled on top . YUM.
