Bridal Party

I don't know if you have discussed this before but how many people are in your bridal party? Are there an even number of guys and girls?

Thanks-I feel like I am having kind of a big bridal party but the girls I chose, I couldnt imagine not having as part of my party. And there will prob be one less gm than bm but I am fine with that.

Yea - I totally agree. I'm in a wedding 12/4 and it's way uneven but it's really not a big deal. You don't want to just pick people just to do it and make things even.

I have 2 maids of honor, and 3 bridesmaids all together making 5. My Fh has 1 best man and 6 groomsmen, makng 7. Uneven! I was upset at first, but then decided that I didn't care. I'm not going to ask someone if I don't feel they deserve it

I have a really large bridal party as well but its mostly my FH's fault. He couldn't leave out any of his friends or family.

we havent asked anyone yet, but i think it will be 6 on each side. We're planning on keeping it even bc we're both anal like that, but I dont think it has to be even

At first I was dead set on having an even party.. but I'm coming to realize that it probably isn't going to happen & I'm ok with that. This is probably how it will work out, although we're not making any decisions or announcements until the spring:

1 Maid of Honor
1 Best Man
5 Bridesmaids
6 Ushers
(I figure 1 bridesmaid will have a second usher escort)

& I have not little ones for ring bearer/flower girl
