Do any of your FH's have...

an engagement ring??

A few girls I know bought their FH a band that is suppose to be their engagement ring.

FH likes the idea and asked for one for christmas, but I wanted to know what you ladies thought about it?

no, but he did used to have a promise ring that he wore for a couple of years....and he will DEF wear his wedding band.

my FH doesnt have an e-ring and doesnt want one. but if he wanted one id definitly get him one.

Yes - FH had a claddagh ring when we first started dating and then lost it on the beach. So when I knew he was going to propose, I got him another one, which he wears now.

For his wedding band, he's going to get a regular band that has like a claddagh picture engraved in it...it's sort of hard to describe. But he will prob not wear the 'engagement' claddagh after that.
