Do you believe your wedding is going to turn out differently now that you have been a part of LIW???



I think without LIW I would not have undertaken in so many DIY projects. I got very motivated by watching everyone do their own projects.

Oh definitely! I might've never found my photographer without the referral from another girl on here (thanks, Janis! ). Barb gave me a really cool idea for a guestbook - having the guests sign a guitar - thanks!
I also used the site early on to find other girls who had thrown vegetarian weddings on LI and picked their brains before seeing RHs

Ditto. I never would have done matchbooks, napkins, custom table numbers, etc.

i think liw has given me a huge insight into vendors that i would not have had otherwise..

in terms of overall aestetics, im not too sure-i think the majority of my ideas come from wedding blogs..and then you girls help me find what i need

I probably wouldnt have done my DIY Unity Candle and now I am thinking of a DIY card box.

For one, my guest list has grown!

Two, there were things I didn't know existed until this site. I am sooo glad to have them now though

DEF! I found most, if not all, of my vendors on here and have gotten some AMAZING ideas about DIY and fun little 'extras!'

absolutely. I would have never known about half the amazing vendors on my own and it is so much easier hearing about others experiences with them before meeting.....

also, some of the ideas you guys have given me I am totally not creative enough to think about on my own!!!!!!!!

YES! LOL, it would have been a disaster without it! I live in Ohio, and I found (almost) all of my vendors from your wonderful posts, ladies . Planning the wedding has been SO easy because of this site.

I dont think my wedding would be different! I think I am -lol, I love hearing about others people weddings,I also thing it's good to hear other brides are stress like I am and understand what it actually going on in our heads , when our fh, family & friends dont and think we are crazy! This has helped me with planning my wedding seeing other brides get second jobs, and freaking out about money, and figuring out where to live! I also don't know what I would be doing at work if I did not have LIW( maybe work )

Definitely. There are so many ideas on here I never would have thought of and lots of little touches that I wouldn't have considered.

Definitely! I wouldnt have known about certain RHs and gotten quotes from so many different vendors if I hadn't come across LIW, read the reviews and been in contact with past brides. Also,there are a lot of details that would have never occurred to me unless I saw threads about it on LIW. This site is a great resource.

110% YES! I know I probably wouldn't have found partybooths and a few other vendors!! Also you ladies are great with giving constructive feedback instead of just saying 'PRETTY!'. LOL! Thank you for all of your help ladies!
