Got it!!

Got our marriage license. We went to the Massapequa office on Hicksville Rd. In and out in 15 mins. We brought our birth certifcates and licenses and paid 40 in cash. It was so quick and they were very nice. If you live anywhere near there I suggest you go there.

no they will need a Birth cert. If you dont have one I suggest going to the city or one of the 5 boroughs cause they only ask for drivers lic

congrats!! i think i will end up going there! do you have to be a resident of nassau to go there though? im a suffolk resident on my license & fh is from ct

No, you need: This is from the town of oyster bay website...

Proof of Age and Identity

A person is required to establish proof of age and identity by submitting to the Clerk:

One of the following age-related documents:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Baptismal record

3. Naturalization record

4. Census record

AND

One of the following identity-related documents:

1. Driver's license

2. Passport

3. Employment picture ID

4. Immigration record
