What happens if EXTRA people show up the day of?
How is that handled?

They set the plate for them and you have to pay up at the end of the night!

You pay for them and try to squish them in onto tables. It happened to my cousin with people who said they couldn't come and them 'surprised' her by making it after all. And these people should know better, married 3 kids. Idiots.

They will set up an extra setting for them and I'm sure they'll charge you. More than likely,you'll have a few empty seats though from people who said they were coming and never showed!

Liz when I discussed this with my BM at CB he said do not worry. There are always no shows and the no shows and unexpected guests may even itself out. If there is not a significant number of unexpected guests, they will not charge you.

I had a couple that just showed up at the end. Then I had others that didn't show at all. I just told them to seat in those peoples places and they did. Nobody noticed anything and I wasn't charged for anything extra.
