How far in advance did everyone book their Honeymoon?

FH and I are 8 1/2 months from our wedding and we still haven't booked anything yet. Are we behind?

we did ours a year in advance but that is because we were using frequent flyer miles.

Our wedding is March, 2004, and we booked last month. We are going on The Tahiatian Princess for 10 days and 5 days in Beverly Hills, California, and we wanted to book the cuise early so we could get a mini suite. We will book California in the late summer.
