Bridesmaids Shoes & Purses....do they need to match????

Hello Ladies

My BM's are wearing sort of a periwinkle color dress. Instead of making them dye shoes, my maid of honor saw a real pretty light taupe color shoe that really goes well with the dress. My question is.....I wanted to get them pretty purses dyed periwinkle to match the dress, being the shoes are now going to be a light taupe, does the purse need to be the same color as the shoes (taupe) or can it still be the color of the dress?

I'm not a fashion guru, but I'd say either one would be fine, as long as it's not off in color from the dress or a clashing shade of taupe.

my girls wore Periwinkle dresses nd I had the shoes dyed to match the dresses. Most of the bags they carried were silver. I don't think it matters if the match the dress/shoes or not b/c they don't really caryy them around that much anyway

I didn't want my BMs to get dyed shoes...honestly I feel like they are such a waste...I had them buy any type of shoe they wanted in a ivory to a light taupe...

to be perfectly honest...you can't see their shoes...so I think it would be fine to get them the dyed purses...


see can barely see the shoes...

my bms are wearing peri too and they are wearing pale silver shoes that we not dyeables and purses dyed pale silver to match shoes.
I dont think it really matters, but I am a shoes and bag should match kind of gal!
