Re: Crescent Beach Club in Bayville

We went to look at it, but it was a little out of our price range. It was between $150 and $175 for end of May (we were priced for Saturday and Sunday) and a Saturday in June for 2004. Those prices are for May through October . They have a 20% service charge and 8.5% sales tax. The place is very pretty and if you are having the cermony there, I loved the idea of being married on the beach durning sunset for an evening wedding. Which was also nice was that the dance floor was modular, which means it could be made smaller or bigger and they gave you a decent amount of food. One thing is that it did seem to be a bit informal. Like I said early one of the biggest reasons that we didn't pick it was its price. We ended up booking the Watermill and we are very happy with our decesion.

Re: Crescent Beach Club in Bayville

I'm having my wedding there! The prices are between $150 through $175 during peak season. It is a little bit steep but there are ways around that if you really like the place. My fiance and I are getting married the Sunday during a holiday weekend (Labor Day of 2004). This brings the price down a bit because even though it is during peak season, Sundays are cheaper. Not all halls will give you this break; it depends on the place. You could also think about a day wedding; I think it is about $110 per person during peak. It would be an earlier wedding but the bonus is you get the beautiful beach during daytime hours. Hope I have helped! Good luck!

Re: Crescent Beach Club in Bayville

I used to be a cocktail waitress there, and saw many weddings out on the beach which were absolutely beautiful! I would have liked to have had mine there but the price is very high (well, too high for me!) and from what I remember, the food isn't as good as it is in the restaurant and the servers weren't that great but that was about 4 years ago.
