my Bridal Shower Review - lots and lots of pics

I have to say that I had the most amazing bridal shower and I was totally surprised. I received so many great gifts and I am so lucky to have such wonderful parents and bridal party. The shower flew by, and I know that the wedding is going to go just as quick!

How they got me there -
On Saturday my fmil tells me that her dress came in and asked if my FH and I would go with her when she tries it on (my fh went to see her in the sample, so that was not weird at all) - of course I said yes!!! She told me that she made an appointment at 12:30 when the store opens. So we get to the bridal salon at 12:17 - (my fh's family is on-time for everything). The store looked closed - so she get out of the car and comes back and tells me that there is a sign on the door saying that they don't open till 1 - and I was like W-T-F you have an apt at 12:30, that's not right!! I said lets go to macys and kill some time

and my fh is like 'no that will take to long, lets go get something to eat' So we walk to the restaurant next to the bridal shop to have something quick - Well it was my SURPRISE SHOWER!!!!!!! I was titally in a tube top and shorts - thank god my FH took a dress out of my closet and gave it to my FFIL

Funny thing that there is a sign on the shops door that says closed on Sundays for the summer and my FFIL covered it with this sign. When we pulled up their were people waiting in the parking lot - oops

But my FMIL explained after we went in and everyone was totally okay with it!!!

Pollo Rico Latin Bistro in Centereach
My shower was at Pollo Rico Latin Bistro in Centereach. I never would have thought that my mom would pick a place like that because she does not like Mexican food, and I LOVE it!! It's not really Mexican. The food was Amazing, started with penne alla vodka, then a salad with mixed greens mandarin oranges, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and for entrée I had chicken franchise - I don't remember the other choices. But everyone said that they loved the food. The service was awesome too.

Each place setting had a heart shaped cookie from Cheryl&Co. Cookies. and everyone got a hand painted glass with some Chocolates.
