Jodi Zimmerman, a favorite florist of celebrities and fashion darlings, is now offering floral-arranging classes at her Upper East Side studio, inspiring all of us to make killer bouquets with a pocket full of posies. Through an informal lecture and demonstration, she explains height, proportion, color, and texture. Students then get to create their own showpiece, using flowers and vases that Jodi provides.
