rehearsal dinner and sunday brunch prices---

i'm looking for a place to hold my friday night rehearsal dinner in hauppauge/smithtown/commack/northport area and a sunday brunch in huntington/melville.

i've talked to a few places. how much is the average price per person. some i've talked to see really high.

I would say the average price is about $25 per person plus tax and gratuity. Also there is usually an additional charge for beer, wine or open bar.

Aha, someone else looking in this area

We can't seem to find a good restaurant that isn't too expensive. It's either one or the other around here. My friend loves the Wyndham for brunch, so that may be a possibility. If you are in the area, though, you might want to try and get Maureen's, just have someone go early Sunday morn and put you on the waiting list.

I'm doing Jillian's in Westbury for 13.99 pp/ plus the cost to rent a private room.

Our RD is $32.95 per person which includes a snacks, buffet meal, and beer and wine. We're having ours at Hemingway's in Wantagh.

is garden grill the one in smithtown? i have considered sweetwater- i'll look into branchelles- don't know anything about that place. thanks!!

jillian's would be fun- i had considered that too.
