One thing that has made me sad with all this wedding stuff, Is losing my single status. Anyone else?

I dont know why I jsut started crying yesterday and I have been reflecting so much lately of my hay days and how much fun I had

Guess I dont want to grow up.

I know how you feel- I felt the same way... I was thinking about it last night too- it really has to do with growing up- the time just flies.. and I guess it's shocking to realize it.

yeah, I guess Ill miss all the girl stuff and just not really having a true companion. I dont know its just weird

I definitely understand. I feel the same way. I've had so much fun being on my own that it's hard to imagine never having complete freedom like that again. No more first dates, flirting, girls nights out, etc. Very scary. But, the flip side of things is pretty good. Starting a new life is exciting.

Oh yeah, one other thing along the same lines sorta is the idea of children is scary to me all of a sudden. I always couldn't wait to have kids. Now I'm like I don't want them for another 20 years!!! Talk about being irreversibly tied down! I guess it's just too much to think about all at once.

I am just sad that I have to move out of my apartment. I love my apartment, I have been there for 5 years (it is in my parent's house) I am used to going upstairs to chat with my mom when I am home and bored. Now I will have to drive over to her house to see her. Its just a big change for me.

Don't worry. Most people just dream about what we are all doing and are sad being single. I used to be one of them. I' soooo done with the single life. 30 years is long enough!

Going through that right this second! All my guy friends keep saying it to me, i am off the market in officially 13 days! Mean while there has never been a need for me to look..
