Yummy fried chicken recipe

My friend invited me over for lunch yesterday and she made Korean Fried Chicken. It was sooo good, I'm making it for the 4th. Here's a recipe for it from Cooks.com that is just like hers, except she did not use an egg (she's vegetarian):

Ingredients:

3 lbs. chicken thighs, deboned and sliced into 4 pieces (or you can just use chicken pieces, like wings)
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (my friend didn't use egg and it was still delicious)
4 tbsp. sesame seed
8 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
5 tsp. shoyu (soy sauce)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 stalks green onions, chopped

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix slightly beaten eggs with shoyu and add to dry ingredients mixture. Pour combined mixture over chicken pieces. Mix. Add sesame seeds, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well. Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight. Deep fry until golden brown.
