wondering if anyone has a checklist for home buying i guess this would still be brides helping brides

we are looking at a house and need to know what to look for does anyone know if a checklist is available?

Humm, I think the best thing (and what we did) is to make a list of what you and FH think is essential.

Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, yard, condo or house. Stick with what you want in your home. Think space and location, cosmetics can and will change with your style-- paint is cheap and quick....

Leave the structure and technical requirements to your inspector/contractor-- find someone you can trust! Your mortagage broker should be able to recommend a good one since the lender really will be the one that has everything too lose if the house is not up to par....
