My wedding day review and reception hall review at Floral Terrace

Hi Ladies,

Well I did it! I got married yesterday. Boy what a day. Today it all feels like a blur. The weather turned out great in the sense that it didn’t rain but it was very hot. We were going to do our pictures at a park but it was just too hot so we went straight to the hall to do them. I really had a great time and I actually got to dance but I ate very little, too much excitement going on. We did get to bring food home with us. There were a few minor mishaps but nothing out of control. One thing that annoyed me a lot was that my husband and I had a shadow following us around, his godson. He is a sweet kid but he can be a pain in the ass. The thing is that he looks up to Rob (my husband) a lot so he just would not leave us alone wherever we were he was right there. On the dance floor, at our table, whenever we were chatting with someone at a table……..I was so annoyed. His parents were yelling at him a lot but 5 minutes later he was back. He will be in the background of our video of us on the dance floor. I will speak to my photographer and see if he can be edited a little somehow. Oh then he wanted Rob to take him to the bathroom, he is ten years old! He knows how to go by himself. If he really needs help let his dad take him, we were a little busy yesterday! So Rob told him to go with Grandpa. Here are some more reviews of the day:

Flowers: I used Astoria Flower Mart and the guy I dealt with was Mike. They came out awesome! Nice job I was very happy with the flowers. Very Beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Limos: I used Designer Limos. I was a little dissappointed with them only because the air conditioning in the car was horrible. It didn’t work to well. But they all came on time, actually they came ahead of time.

Photographer: Tony Ferrari and Son Victor. They were great! He can be a pain in the but he is a perfectionist and does great work. I highly recommend them.

Reception Hall: Floral Terrace – They were incredible! The air conditioning was not too great in one of the bridal suite rooms but the service was great! Very nice staff….everyone! Especially George, marianne, and the maitre D’ andreas. My bridal attendants were very helpful until the very end. Always asking me if I needed anything. The food was delicious! We got so many guests saying how great the food was. They got to take seconds home with them….it was all so great! I highly and extremely recommend them.
Marcela you will love them I gaurantee it

D.J. – Satisfaction gauranteed. Great D.J. Gave us a great time!

My hair stylist did a great job as did the make up person…… I highly recommend them too.

If any brides-to-be want phone numbers to any of these vendors phone numbers please ask, I will gladly give them to you. This was my day. Aside from the few glitches I had a great time! Before the wedding I was like “I just want to do this and get it over with, I hate all the attention on me” but let me tell you from the moment I slipped my gown on I felt like a princess and I felt like that for the rest of the day!
As soon as I get some pictures I will share them with you all!

Sorry about the godson situation, I would've been annoyed too.

I'm sooo happy that FT was wonderful. Woohoo

I hope it's not too hot on our day, cause FH is a real pain in the @ss when it comes to the heat.

Congratulations! I am glad to hear that everything turned out great! :) I am so happy to hear such good things about the Floral terrace! I am getting married there one month from tomorrow!!
