Questions to ask DJ and photographer

SO I finally made some appointments to meet with DJS and photographers. What sort of questions did you guys ask to make sure you had the right fit? Does anybody have a list of suggestions? Thanks so much!

One thing to defintely ask...How many people will the DJ bring...If your paying a head per person...this can really hurt...I didn't ask until I booked them and they have 7...that's right SEVEN people. My catering hall doesn't discount either...so I'm paying a FULL dinner price for all 7 people!

7 people for a DJ!! WOW, that's like having a band then!! That's one of the reasons I'm using a dj, so it's cheaper.

Tell me about it!
I litterally almost fell off my chair when they told me!!

The DJ happens to be an EXCELLENT DJ. They are costing me MORE than a band!! But my FI LOVED them and thought that they were very perfessional.

It's Forum mail(basically e mail), on the top click on the icon that says mailbox.

I hope that clear enough, I'm not really sure how to explain it.

Here is a list of questions I made up before visiting photographers. I wrote down all their answers:

Do I get the negatives?
Do we get all the proofs?
Exact number of photos taken?
How many albums?
How many photos in each album?
Can we give a list of must haves?
Name of exact photographer?
Assistants? How many and who?
What time will you arrive?
Will you come to my house?
How long will we have you?
Locations to take pictures?
Black and white pictures?
Thank You pictures?
When will we get our pictures?
Do they want to eat at the reception?
How much for extras?
What other pictures, besides albums, will we get (16x20, 11x14, 8x10 etc,)
