Since I moved to NJ and getting married in Queens, don't really want to travel far....thanks

Christine from the Perfect Look is based in Queens. She travels to you.

(I won free wedding day makeup from her- but I have not seen her work yet, I have a trial later on this year)

there is a make-up artist named Boushelle in NJ. i had a trial with her. I went with someone else, but she did a good job. You might want to give it a try, if you are getting ready in NJ. Oh, and she travels to you. 917-744-2599

Try Gail York. I got this recommendation from some brides on Weddingchannel and they were really happy with the results. She was book on my date so I did not try her. She lives in N. NJ.

What part of Queens are you in? My makeup person was so sweet and I have rec'd lots of compliements. I will have to see if I can find her number. She is from LI but she travelled to Ozone Park for my wedding and Bayside for friend and like 3 other of her family weddings. I will see if I can dig up her number.

Girls I still can't find her number. Since I just moved so my wedding stuff is all in boxes somewhere so I didn't get to find it last night. Let me try again tonight...sorry.

colleen - I have used Christies to get my hair done for a wedding a couple years ago. I was the MOH in a wedding. The bride got her hair and makeup done their. They did a great job. My friend never wears makeup and she looked so pretty!!! I also have 2 friends who get their hair done their regularly and they both recommend Christies to me when my friends was getting married.
