I never do. I just throw it in with a tiny bit of olive oil.

I almost forgot... keep the wok on medium or med. low heat. Anything higher and the broccoli will get yucky (for lack of a more culinary word).

I never steam them either...it will cook in the wok

Nope - but I usually add the broccoli last if it's getting mixed with other things (like meat) so that it stays crisp.

I actually blanched the broc for 1 min (b/c I freaked out), but it turned out really nice...
