Average price of wedding invitations...

I don't have time to shop around so I just want to know what to expect either per invitation or for about 130 invitations. Thanks

Oh and...what kind of letttering did you get?

We're getting about 120 invitations, outside and inside envelopes, response cards, reception cards and thank you's and it's costing around $500.00 total.

Mine cost 250 for 125 invitations, envelopes and response cards. I got them at www.wedding-traditions.com

are you getting reception cards too?
The ones i like are around $300 for invites, response and reception cards. all with lettering on envelopes and lined. Is that average?
for 125 invites
the cheapest ive seen is jamieleewedding.com

We paid about $900 for invites, response cards, inner env, outer env, resp env, reception card, and matching 'thank-you' stationary w/ our names on it.

I believe that the price varies depending on the 'brand' that you choose.

I think we paid just under $400 for 125 invites - it depends on where you get them, and what style you want!

The blue ones I posted from Encore are about $950 for 100, but that's not including the response card, reception card and the return address on the envelope etc,

It'll probably be around $1,500.

for $286 I got

100 Invitations, RSVP & Reception cards
125 Inner/outer envelopes, lined w/taupe coloring
all written in colored ink

WOW, I thought I paid alot of money for mine but they were about $475 for 200 invites, reception cards, response cards, lined inner envelopes, colored ink on all cards, return address on outer envelopes and some extra outer envelopes in case I mess up printing. I guess its not bad after all

We spent under $300 for 125 invitations, response cards, and extra inner and outer envelopes. We got them at thebusybride.com. Don't forget to order extra envelopes!

We decided to make our own. It is running about $100.00 for 100 invitattions w/ envelopes and response cards with envelopes. This also includes the matching paper for direction cards..

we spent about $180 for 100 invites, inner envelopes and response cards and 125 outer envelopes. we didn't need reception cards and we're getting thank you's from the photog. i got them at ashtonweddinginvitations.com.

It really depends on what brand you use. My particular brand was very expensive.

Mine were about $425 for:

100 invitations
125 outer envelopes w/printed return address
125 gold lined inner envelopes
75 engagement announcements w/envelopes and printed return address
100 response cards w/envelope and printed address
150 thank you cards w/envelopes and printed address
also the lining paper (tissue paper?) that goes w/the invites.

We got them from Chelsea Paper
