My WW leader ends her meetings with a quote every week and every week when I walk out its all I think about.

Chicken Soup for the soul is a fantatic read of inspirational quotes and stories. My ultimate favorite is a story about a man on a bus who had a beautiful bo-k of flowers. a young lady admired them and asked the man if he was bringing them to someone. He said yes he was bringing them to his wife. The young lady continued to tell him she was a very lucky woman to receive such a beutiful bo-k. The bus pulled into a stop, the man looked at the flowers and then the young girl, handed her the bo-k and said here my wife would want you to have these. Then got off the bus and walked into the cemetary.

'Afterall, tomorrow is another day...'

I just love that. It's like it gives you permission to just throw your hands up and let the whole day and it's events go. Afterall, tomorrow is another day, and a new opportunity to have a BETTER day, or make better choices, or whatever. It's one of my favorite quotes...
