I'm making chicken for dinner tonight too. I don't know if you are into this, but here's what I did:

marinade:

2 limes
1/2 lemon
honey
salt
jalipeno pepper
ginger

I just took the above ingredients and mixed them together to taste. If you find it's a little too strong- just add some olive oil.

I marinate it for 1/2 hour and then throw them onto the grill. Yummmm!

I also made a mango salsa to go on top:

2 mangos cubed
1 lime juice
jalipeno pepper diced
red pepper diced
3 scallons sliced

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowel and chill for 1 hour.
