MOB dress shopping question

Do we need to make an appointment to check out dresses for mom too? i just don't know what these bridal shops appointment policies are. Mom is coming to town this weekend and i thought she could look at dresses while shes here. (just to get idea, she wants to buy it here in NY)

I don't think you need to make appts. unless you're planning on going over the weekend.

I still don't think you need an appointment, but go EARLY (before noon) before it gets crowded. I went dress shopping (for ME) on a Sat. and it was fine, we were completely done in 2 hours, dress, veil, and headpiece!
