Re: Any Low-fat but DELISH dessert recipes??

Jello Pie

1 container of Dannon Lite Yogart
1 package of Sugar Free Jello Mix
(make the yogart and the Jello comlimentary flavors)
Prepare Jello according to package, add in container of Yogart, and some Free Cool Whip. Beat with mixer.

Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust (I think you can find the low fat ones)
Put in frigerator to set. Put more cool whip on top and serve!!

YUMMY!!!

Re: Any Low-fat but DELISH dessert recipes??

Buy (or make your own) low fat pound cake and slice it into layers.

Slice up some strawberries, peaches, apples, or any of your favorite fruits and pour a little fruit flavored liquor it in. Let in sit for a while in the fridge (the fruit will make it's own juice as it marinates in the liquor).

Take a slice of cake and place a couple of spoon fulls of the fruit...then repeat. (I would only go 2 layers high-low-fat remember???) and top with low fat whip cream or just eat as is.
