What are some good low carb snacks. also low fat?

I have the meals down now pretty much..but what I get hungry sometimes and need a snack. What are some good low crab and also low fat snacks? Do they exist?

Even though not particularly low fat- I find Almonds are good- I get the little packages of smoked almonds (if I got the tin I'd eat the whole **** thing)..

They have the GOOD fat and the GOOD cholesteral- and because they have the fat they are more filling & satisfying.

Macadamia Nuts are also VERY good for you.

You can also try a Wasa Cracker (they are low carb if you get the Rye or Fiber Rye) and put a tsp of natural (non-sweetened) peanut butter on it.
