Easiest Artichoke Dip in the world

and impressive at parties!

1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup grated parmesean cheese
One can of artichoke hearts

Rougly chop artichoke hearts. Combine all three ingredients and bake in a small casserole at 350 until lightly golden brown on top and serve!

You can also add spinach to this recipe if you like, just make sure it's very well drained.
