WEll I was reading the BHB and I have a question for you.

IF you post a question on there... Please give me your opinun on this. Any feedback would be appriciated. and if you got negative feedback would you get in an uproar?

SOmeone posted that they wanted to know about Chateau Le Mer. I posted that I had been to plent of wedding and a few brunches there and everytime, the food that should be hot wass cold and the cold food was hot, and everything was too salty. I ended my post saying that maybe its different now that there are new owners...

I guess when I ask for opinuns...I expect to get the good and the bad...but I guess some people only want the good opinuns.

Personally I do not think I was harsh...I was actually being very nice abiut the place. I guess thats the last time I post on the BHB board and give my opinun...its NOT worth it!!!

Well, I guess some people are sensitive. I appreciate both positive and negative feedback, because if not, then it would just be blowing a lot of smoke up my toosh instead of getting honest answers. JMO. But I do think that sometimes when giving negative feedback, people can be a bit harsh, and they do need to keep in mind that it could hurt someone's feelings if they say something like, 'I would NEVER have my reception at site XYZ, it's disgusting!' (not that I've seen that, but you get my point). Negative feedback is one thing, bashing is another.

Can I just add something, it's not anything that has to do with what I just wrote, but I didn't want to call attention to it with a new post...Has anyone else got the feeling that MANY vendors have been posing as brides to be on the BHB board lately? I mean, it just seems odd that as soon as someone asks for info or says something negative, POOF, there's a newbie who's first and only post is to defend or promote that place. It's getting really annoying. And it's very obvious since most of the posts sound like they are coming from salesmen.

Oh geez. The first time I met her was at like 1 in the morning, and all I thought was, 'OMG, this woman looks like death!' She had on stirrup pants, a teddy bear sweatshirt and her gray hair was sticking straight up! She's not even pale, she's GRAY. And she has a voice like the Grim Reaper! But she did creep me out because she jumped up to give me a kiss on the cheek, and I was like, WHOAH, I just met you lady, back off! But it was too late, her pasty gray flesh was already pressed up against me!

just going back to the newbie comment...If I were a vendor...i think it would adventageous for them to create a B2B every 6 months or so...that could rave about their business...but they would have to put a lot of time into it...and let us all get to know 'her'

I always wondered...if any of the ladies on here...are really vendors...
