a small amount of chocolate is actually good to have.. there is something in it... cant remember..
id say use low fat milk(not whole)...

I love the rationalization going on here... ok what about donuts and cake... there have to be some good vitamins/minerals in there. I would love some cake.

cake has egges which are a good source of protien
and frosting which is chocolate....and we just discussed the benefits of having chocolate in your diet.
donuts aren't as easy.....they're delicious though!
