Any Suggestions for a Good Book to Read During a Recovery?
I am having major surgery in a few weeks and would like to pick up some books to read while I am home recovering. Any suggestions? Thanks!

First I need some info - ex. what type of books do you enjoy, any authors you like etc. Reading is my hobby so I am sure I have a few suggestions!

Re: Any Suggestions for a Good Book to Read During a Recovery?
I don't really have a specific type of book or author that I like. The last two books I read were Lovely Bones and Who Stole My Cheese?. I am interested in reading the one about the shopaholic's wedding. But it's a long recovery and I would finish that one too quickly. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Maybe the Harry Potter series if you haven't read them. That would give you several and since you have time to read them back to back it might be fun.
Good luck on the surgery!

Read the Da Vinci Code. It was very interesting and thought provoking. Hope you feel better!

Actually the shopaholic book is part of a series . It is part 3 - all the books were very very funny. Easy reads.
