Hi girls! FH and i are taking a little trip to Cape May next weekend. Neither or us have been there before. Any recommendations on what restaurants to go to or activities to do? We want to go to one really nice dinner. Thanks!

We love Cape May and so will you. It is a quaint town with Victorian homes. if you have bikes bring them so you can ride around and look at the beautiful homes painted in tru Victorian colors/form.
I first took FH there 2 years ago as a surprise birthday present. And we went back this year. We ate both times at Althea's [sp?] its right on the beach drive facing the ocean. I have books at home I will get the number for you. They dont require reservations but it might be a good idea. The food is awesome. The other night we ate at the martini bar which was a bit expensive and they serve a bit differently. Its like ordering a bunch of appetizer size dishes. I will have to look up the name its about two doors down. Most places dont really need reservations. But we ususally stopped in during the early afternoon hours to inquire.
There is one place right on the water where both years we couldnt get a reservations its called Tina's. Good luck anymore infor just fm me.

yes it is worth it. the first year we went we rented late in the day. i dont think its that expensive.
