Unity candle question- placement on program

Hi.

I am trying to finish my program. Before the processional begins I have the two mothers lighting the tapers.

Is this correct? Then when it is time for us to light the unity candle we each take a lit taper and light the middle candle.

Tell me if this order seems correct to you:

Prelude
Lighting of Candles- Mothers
Processional
Entrance of the Bride
Greeting and Opening Prayer
Exchange of Vows
Lighting of the Unity Candle
Poem
Blessing of Rings
Declaration of Marriage
Benediction
Recessional

i dont have my program with me at work but i can take a look at it tonight and Fm you. seems right though.

I would think htat if you have the moms light the tapers too much before the lighting of the unity candle, the tapers would melt too much.

might want to make it a bit closer to the actual lighting of the unity candle
