Things kids say...these posts are fun...
Lets add more of the 'things kids say' to our boards at least once a week. After all, Im sure we hear funny things out of these little mouths quite often! My 2 1/2 yr old niece Valentina...
They were all getting ready to go out one morning.. and her dad shouts to her mom (so she knows to keep an eye on the kids) 'ok, im jumping in the shower'..
and Valentina goes 'NO DADDY ! DONT JUMP ! You'll fall down and get hurt !
'Then in her *Im telling on you* voice:
'MOOMMMMMMYYYYYYYY, daddy's gonna JUMP in the shower! Tell him not to jump, or he'll fall down and get hurt, right mommy ???!!!!!'
'Daddy, you WALK in the shower, ok daddy ???'
Isnt that a riot ???????
SHare stories girls, please !!!!!!!

My 3 year old (at the time) Niece, Susannah, tells her Papa ( my Dad) repeatedly 'Don't sit there, Papa' in regards to a chair in my sister's newly decorated Ethan Allen living room. My Dad responds 'OK, Susie, just a minute. Papa needs to tie his shoe.' Susie exclaims, 'Papa, do you realize how much that chair costs!?!'
Right out of the mouth of my sister. I'll ever forget that one. BTW, Susie is now 15.

Oh my god how funny is that girl. LOL LOL LOLwhen I was at their house the last time. Alessia (Valentina's Sister who is 4) was asking me if Rob (my husband) was coming over and I told her he was coming over later and when I told her that i was going to call him she was like 'no Giovanna... just wait, he's coming over' with a little hand jesture that made her look like she said it with an attitude...LOL
then i gave both girls a little gift we got them from our honeymoon and I told valentina that rob and i went on a big boat to bermuda and she was like 'my mommy went on a big plane to california' as if to one up me....LOL
Then i asked alessia if she wanted to come home with me and she goes 'no i want to go to rob's house' LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL and i was just laughing and saying that rob and I live in the same place LOL LOL LOL
One day we were sitting in my brother in laws yard and my husband's niece angelina who is also 2 and half years old shows us this fake statue of a squirrell she was holding and she comes up to me and goes 'look' and i noticed it had a hole in it and was broken so when i asked her who broke it she says 'the landscaper did it and mommy got really mad at him' my husband and i were cracking up....LOL kids do say the funniest things...

Re: Things kids say...these posts are fun...
I have another....Being one of the last of my friends to get married, most of my friends already have children in the 2-4 age range. At GTGs with my friends, all of them would bring their children and one day, my girlfriend's little boy Marc (3 yrs old) asked me why I didn't have any kids. Caught off guard, I responded, 'Because I don't have a husband.'
(OK, OK I couldn't think of a better answer
). Don't worry, he didn't buy it either!
This was probably last summer. So now I am married and Marc's Mom is in my BP and Marc comes to see his Mom and 'Aunt' Beth get married at the church. Too cute.
After the HM, I head over to Marc's house to show Mom the pics. First thing out of Marc's mouth: 'Aunt Beth, Where's your husband and where are the kids?' And upon leaving, he calls out 'Next time, don't forget the babies!'
Not just baby, but babies!Kids not only say the funniest things, but they also remember EVERYTHING!

These stories are so funny! Here's mine:Last summer I went out to dinner with two girlfriends and one of them brought her 3-year old daughter, Carla. The waiter is approaching our table to take our order when Carla decides to tell us that her mommy has boobies. My friend (Carla's mother) tried to shush her and says that we know that bit of information. By this point, the waiter is at our table and Carla says loudly, 'But look, one booby, two boobies' as she points to each breast. It was so funny!

I was talking to my BF last night and she told me that her 3 year old daughter excitedly called her into the bathroom and said 'Look Mommy' ,while pointing into her potty where she had pooped. She then proceeds to say to her mother' Look how big' and then asks' Is it smelly?'

You're right, you need to watch what you say around the little ones. During my neice's christening last year, my 3-year old cousin dropped her crayon in church and said 'oh, cwap.' Now her father says 'oh, fudge' instread of 'crap.'

I used to work for my brother in law, so did a neighbor of theirs that ny niece was really friendly with their daughter. My niece was there playing one day and the girls were watching tv and a Immodium commercial came in. My niece announces that 'my daddy uses that all the time'... my co-worker said to me 'Liz I always knew your bro in law was full of sh**, and your niece just confirmed it'.. lol

Well DH and I took my 22 month old niece to the 18th ave feast this week, as we were leaving we saw a dog peeing on a car...DH said if that was my car I'd be so pi$$ed upon hearing that my niece says Kick that dog in the a$$.Last month her 'new word' was holy s&&t.....but we taught her that was bad so she says HOLY KIDS now. To hear it in her little soft voice makes it more funny
