my first time at curves....

so mom and i went to curves for our first workout this morning!
it was great. the woman walked us around all of the machines...all three times we went around. she was so sweet and helpful. i like it. and boy did i work up a sweat!!! i'm fortunate enough (sarcasm...) that i tend to sweat a lot (the reason i'm not getting married in the summer) so i looked pretty gross by the time i was done....but it felt good!

if anyone is thinking about joining...i think it's a great idea!!
