marriage license questions

where do i go in manhattan do get one? how much does it cost in manhattan? and what sort of proof do i need, is just a driver's license enough? thanks girls!! ack, 10 days left!

I didn't go here b/c I went on LI but there I need my driver's license and a passport or a certififed copy of my birth certificate. I paid $40.
