too sad for such a little girl!!!

too sad for such a little girl!!!

I just had to let this out. One of my kindergarten collegues has a little girl in her class who's mother has terminal cancer. Well, last night I called her to talk about lesson planns and she tells me that the father of the little girl called her and told her that the mother was just admitted into ICU b/c she was having trouble breathing.

Today at lunch I stopped into her room to see how she was doing and she looked very upset. She pulled me into the hall and told me that she had just gotten word that the child's mother passed away and the father was coming to pick up his children from school. I was at a loss of words. I feel so much for this family, especially for the girls. Please send out prayers and good wishes to all of them.. They are too young of a family to have this happen to them.

SO SAD!!! why does that happen especially to people who have such little babies That poor kid.. Hugs to her They are in my thoughts and Prayers!

I hope the family is pulling through...

I would like to take the positive point of view...at least she knew her mother...at least for a little bit...DH's father died 2 months before he was born...he has no memories at all...


maybe a family member can make a memory book for the little girl
