how far in advance do you go for trials and book

i started going for my trials about 11 months before my wedding. They 'good' makeup artists and hairstylists book up fast was what I found from my experience.

I had mine in the middle of July and my wedding is Oct 9th. It's up to you, but make sure you take pictures so that on your wedding day you will have them to show the person who is doing your hair/makeup..

I had my trial and booked Jillian from Gorgeous Faces this week for my October 3, 2004 wedding.

She was great! It came out very simple and natural looking.

Please go asap!! Even if you go agsin closer to the wedding- you will at least have a person you like. I waited too long for my hair and it is so stressful!

I called Jacquleine Nicole for makeup as soon as I knew my wedding date because she books up so fast...Jennifer from fairytale makeovers was already booked for hair..so i had to shop around..do it as soon as possible and you'll be fine...there seems to be alot of great vendors to choose from!!
