Post your Recipes here for WW

I will start, I have two.

The Perfect Turkey Burger
You will need:
Lean Chopped Turkey. I usually use 7%
Red peppers, green Peppers or Yellow peppers
Mushrooms
Onions
Salsa

Mince the Peppers, onions, mushrooms up.

Place chopped turkey into a large bowl, sprinkle in garlic powder for taste.

Add minced peppers, mushrooms, onions, and 2 tablespoons of Salsa.

Mix all together.

Make patties and cook on the George Foreman or on the Barbeque.

Make a big Salad and enjoy.
Really yummy turkey burgers.

Pasta Dish
You will need:
Whole Wheat Pasta or Regular Pasta
(Whatever kind you like. I usually use Rigatoni)
Mushrooms
Onions
Peppers
Zucchini
2 Garlic Gloves
What ever other veggies you want to add
1 Can of Fat Free Chicken Broth

Boil Water
and add Pasta when the water boils

In a large Saucepan take two teaspoons of oil and sautee your garlic first....then add all your veggies.

Sautee untill the veggies are soft.

Add The Chicken Broth to the veggies to keep them from not sticking to the pan. Do not pour the whole can in though. Only enough from keeping the veggies from sticking to the pan.

After the Pasta is finished, Drain it and then pour a little more Chicken broth into the pasta so it doesnt stick. (not too Much)

Weigh amount of pasta you want. I usually have one or two cups.

Place in bowl or on plate, whatever you desire.

Pour Veggies on top of your pasta.

Sprinkle some low fat Parm cheese on top

And you are done...Enjoy.
