Attn Teachers: Halloween Bulletin Board ideas

I need to come up with a Halloween bulletin board for my first grade class. I'm the teaching assistant but I've taken the responsibility of doin the bards year round. Our classroom opens into the cafeteria so I want it to be nice since the whole school will see it. I've been searching the net but I havent' found too much. Also if you have any great Hallooween art ideas, please let me know. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!!

what about 'if i was a pumpkin...' where they each get a pumpkin to decorate and then write their name and depending on their writing abilty maybe a few word of what they would do....

good luck!

my other tip to you - from when i used ot do bulleitn boards is - remember that wrappgn paper often looks awesome and you can buy it at party city or a $ store....its great for cutting out shapes, backgrounds, etc!!

One of the taechers across the hall from me just made pumpkins with her class. They were so cute. She gave each kid an expression that their pumpkin had to have, excited, furious, sad, surprised etc. Each kid had a different expression to do on their pumpkins face. They came out really cute.
