Going to a wedding at the Fox Hollow this Friday...

I can't wait because I'll get a chance to see our wedding from a guests point of view. Does anyone want me to look for anything for them as a guest point of view? The room is the Garden Terrace.

I'll try to find out who they used for their band/photographer/videographer. I know they are using Flower Michele because they contacted me after our wedding to see who we used. Feel free to post or FM me if you want me to look for anything!!

Jenn

Re: Going to a wedding at the Fox Hollow this Friday...

Pleeeeease post a review from the guest's point of view! I am curious about pretty much anything and everything, so spare no details. Food and service are the important things to me, but I am particularly interested in how they handle multiple events going on at the same time - is there any confusion, and do you keep bumping into the other party's guests?

Feel free to be critical - I figure if there's something we dislike, it's better to know about it now so that we can talk to them and possibly change it before it's our turn.

Thanks so much!!!

OMG definitely post a review. I am getting married there next year in May and in the same room.
Curious to know what kind of centerpiece looks good on those tables and also if they used the seating place cards that the Fox Hollow gives.

I guess any detail you can see please give a full report.

Thanks!

I absolutely love the Fox Hollow. The food and ambiance is great but I would also like to hear some reviews.

Re: Going to a wedding at the Fox Hollow this Friday...

previous fox hollow / garden terrace bride here... just wanted to give you a little idea that i thought up a few weeks before the wedding...
i knew i absolutely wanted to get married at the fox hollow and wanted that room after attending a wedding a few years back. the only thing i wasn't crazed about was the fact that our table was all the way at one end and the band all the way at the front end. so what i did was have our table (deus) placed somewhat towards the front. our backs were to the french windows and we were placed directly in front of where the main doors to the room open up. this way we felt like we were in the middle of the whole party, and not so remote from everyone. the tables to the right of the door (on each side of the dancefloor) were all of my family, and tables to the left were all of his family. the only way you can do this is if you have less tables on the left though. luckily, dh's family is smaller so it worked out for us. people even at the fox hollow loved the idea. so no - we weren't under the skylight, but had a nicer backdrop for our seated dinner pix. i personally loved the windows as our backdrop. the fox hollow does a great job - everyone had a blast... people STILL tell me that and it's over a year later! best of luck. fm if you have any questions!
