Has anyone rented a bus instead of limos?
After talking with FI last night, we concluded that we think we should rent a bus for the bridal party and additional guests.Has anyone done this?
If yes, what compamy did you use and can you please provide me the contact information?
What kind of bus did you rent?
Also, was it a good experience or a bad experience?
And of course, how expensive?

Re: Has anyone rented a bus instead of limos?
I cant answer all of your questions but for my prom we rented a limobus and it was GREAT! we had 21 people and it had beautiful leather seats and a little kitchen and bath area! they also supplied a hostess who served us drinks and what not! We had a blast! It was over 6 years ago but I think it was about $1000.

Thanks Kelly, that sounds like what we want. Do you have any contact information or remember the company name?

Re: Has anyone rented a bus instead of limos?
I am getting a 40 passenger 'Mega bus' for my BP. It is so cool inside, huge, comfortable, has a flat screen TV and a bathroom! I have a large BP and I thought this would be easier and more fun than having two seperate limos transport them. I am actually arriving to church on the bus because I want to ride with my girls and my family to church, then FI and I will leave in a 47 Caddy after the ceremony. I am using Royalty Limo and got a fantastic deal. I am so excited about the bus!!Bus I am using from Royalty

Re: Has anyone rented a bus instead of limos?
I dont know for sure but it may have been All Star or there is one that I dont remember the name of that is located on Strongs Ave in Lindenhurst! They were great (6 years ago of course)
We just picked anyone in the area as we were 17 at the time!
I love the limo bus idea but we dont have enough people for that! Our families who thought we were nuts at the time, when the saw teh bus LOVED it! They still talk about how nice it was! most limo companies have them in their fleet though!!!

I am using a 35 passanger luxury bus from M&V Limos
our bridal party and us will be in the bus, and the parents and kids will be in a 12 passanger lincoln.
Our ceremony is at the hall, so we are only paying for pick up and drop off, total @ $2200. That is including the lincoln & gratuity on both. They have a pricelist on their website, check it out. My wedding isn't until may, so I can't give you any feedback on the company yet. I have heard good & bad, but I hear that about every vendor.
The bus has a BATHROOM!
A flat screen TV, leapord, leather couches, and an optional bartender.u

Re: Has anyone rented a bus instead of limos?
My BF had the limo bus for us (I was MOH) at her wedding. I joked that it looked like we were going to Atlantic city but the inside was AMAZING & fun. Your BP will really enjoy the bus. She got it from Royalty limousine. We are using them too for our wedding but we're getting the Cadillac Escalade (seats 18) and the 1947 Caddy (so cool looking).
