I was one of those people who always used to recommend 'The Knot'...then I stumbled across this one day.

Re: Wedding Gown Websites....
Ok, I am going to have a problem here. I went to 1 designer and already love a dress. I think i may be better off going to the store and trying on. If I look online I am likely to find TONS I love! How pretty...

Re: Wedding Gown Websites....
I JUST got my dress yesterday. I tried on what felt like tons in the store--it was probably about 15. My mom and MOH were trying to get me to try on these mafia-bride gowns
and I was like NO WAY! and then when I found things I liked they were saying NO WAY! But, then, I found this dress and I tried it on and we all agreed, just like that YES!
the moral of the story is you must go and try them on. What you think you would like may not be flattering and vice versa.
Although after I ordered the dress and paid the deposit and everything, I went home, looked it up on the internet and found the same dress on bridesave.com for $300 less!
Oh well, I need to get it ASAP (for my Feb. 21 wedding) anyway.Good luck-but I do recommend Bridesave.com. Although I've never ordered from them, they seem to have lots of gowns at great discounts, but I would go to a shop to try them on first.

Thanks for the advise. I am sure I will be trying on tons and tons. I just hope I get lucky and find 'the one' before I go crazy! I actually really like the dress I posted. I wrote down the style number and will have to try it on. I def. will check out bridesave.com too. Thanks!
