Great article.
I have PT twice a week for a half hour. REALLY gets me sweating!!!

Still I wish I could find a exercise buddy.

I like to talk through my reps .. makes it less noticable that that was number 8 and that was number 9.. hehe

Excellent article Jen!
And lovely pic too you look like I thought you would.

I was going to get a PT at Bally's 2x a week, but for 6 months it would have cost me $3000.
Yeah, can't afford it =(
But I do have the membership so I will start going on my own again.

What were you paying $62 a session, an hour I hope. If you need ther constant motivation, what about cutting it down to 1x per see, for 30-minute session, so B.S.-talking, make sure you are learning stuff too, not having them totally think for you, so you can then do it on your own the rest of the week????
