Anyone getting married on the beach?

We are, but a lot of beaches wont let you put stuff up. No runner, no rose pedals, no arch, no this no that. I am still looking. Has to be somewhere you can do this? I want to decorate for it. Of course we would have it taken down. Also, anyone know where you can do a beach wedding and reception for a small budget? Thanks!
