QOTD: What are you buying your husbands this Christmas? What do you want to find under the tree?

As usual, I dont have any brillant ideas for my husband. All i know he wants is a flat screen TV and superbowl tickets. Yea, right.

I wants lots of things (im easy to buy for) but i hope santa leaves me nice bedding that all matches like grownups have, TIVO and High Speed Internet Access.

We both did a lot of shopping in Italy, so there is nothing we need...and what we want most is a house....So we decieded to be very frugal this Christmas....

I would like a new plush bath robe and maybe a GC for a massage...and that's it...

For him, I am thinking something snowboard related....maybe a season pass somewhere???

Hmm........
Don't know yet, but it will not be expensive, we're still watching our dollars.

And now DH is saying we have too much 'stuff' around the house - meaning all my wonderful shower gifts. What nerve !!!

Anyway, I think this year we'll treat ourselves to a nice night out to dinner and a stay at a hotel, and call it a day.
Of course we'll shower my stepson with gifts

what am i buying him? not sure yet.

What i probably will get-diamond earrings using the diamonds i took out of my wedding band (it was too many) so i told DH to use the baguettes to make me earrings.

I also want a baby..wether it be now or for xmas!

for me.. I really just want him to be able to get Christmas leave and be able to fly back to the NE for it.

A few things for him. . . .a new VCR, a couple of DVD's, maybe a GC to Sam Ash. . . .probably a few other random items.

For me, I really need some new clothes. . .but I would love to find a piece of jewelry that has our birthstones in it (which are diamond/emerald). Not that I need anymore jewelry! Other than that, I'm usually pretty easy to buy for.

Hmm.. for me, I don't know.... new clothes are always nice, and I told him some "bling bling" couldn't hurt either.

My DH just wants stuff for his triathlons. I'll probably get him some Xbox games too, he's easy to please!

It will be a relatively tame Christmas for us, we're still in post-wedding payments!!

I do not know what to get him.

My initial proposal was for us not to get each other gifts but to buy our Big Screen TV for US. He is not biting on that one.

I want Tivo too...I love that. We are going light this Christmas because the baby will be here. But so far, I did get Scott a book, football PJ bottoms and a few other small things so far. I am not sure what else he is getting...

We are going to DisneyWorld the week of Thanksgiving and taking my kids and my granddaughter too. That is probably the major gift for all of us. DH would love to get the new digital Nikon but that's not happening this year. We spent A LOT of money on home improvements this year and with me not back to work yet we will probably just exchange small gifts.

I have no idea.

We don't need anything at all that I can think of and if I could, it's probably way too expensive or too big to bring into our apartment.

I don't really want anything - I would rather save the money but there's no way DH could do that. He can't help it

I am thinking of getting him a new cell phone & a new pair of glasses.

Then i think that we will buy eachother a new TV!

This year we will probably not exchange, we are saving for our house. So we will probably go el cheapo this year.

I am surprising Matt with XM radio for his truck and some clothes and knickknack type things for his new office.

I have no clue either!!!!!!! I dread Christmas shopping. I can't think of anything I want or that he needs. I usually don't think about Christmas shopping until after my b-day in December - I hate shopping for gifts I never know what to get people.

I want to start getting him equipment for the home gym he wants to build but I can't pick that out myself....and we typically like to surprise each other - we don't often tell each other what we want.

I already got Tom a gamecube and some games, a new carry on suitcase because he's been traveling for work alot and i'll be getting him a disney animated cell. He collects those and I got him one last year so until I don't have the money to buy them anymore I will : ).

For me....I would really like a diamond braclet and a new pocketbook....clothes are always good too.

Getting Dh a X-box. He sold his PS2 and now he wants the X-box. I think I am also going to get him a new drill and a new coat.

I want a digital camera. I think I am getting him this instructional golf CD's that he wanted. I have to see what else he wants.

Roger needs a new black suit and since he takes so many business trips, I am going to get him a nice new black suit.

I want a gift certificate to my favorite hat store even tho he might not give that to me since he thinks that I already have too many hats. Oh well.

As for myself, I'm thinking about a new camera, Canon EOS Rebel
or
upgrade my princess cut diamond studs to larger round brilliant studs. (he was going to do that as a wedding gift, but I found a watch liked instead. )
