Seating Chart Template???

Does anyone who made their own seating chart instead of place cards have a template I could use for an example? Thanks girls :)

I have started to play around with one, using word. I will not have a final one until next year when I know how many guests need to be put on. I made collums and listed by last name.

I put our names in the center with the date, a poem and thank you for celebrating with us.

on either side I will list our bridal party attendants.

below all the guests and table numbers.

Jenny, I think your idea to prepare your won chart is certainly a wise decision.

I am curious to know if the chart your preparing, will it be a large chart? Or are you printing the chart on 8 1/2 X 11 (quality paper) for the quests to pick up?

Is there a particular program (software) you are using to facilitate your idea?

I would have FM you, but I thought your insight might be useful to us all.

I am going after something like this...

I even got pressed flowers I am glueing onto the paper.

I also got a very pretty 16X20 (I think) frame for it (and can use it again for a wedding photo). I am only having 75 guests, so don't need it to be monsterous.

jenny2penny, thats a beautiful chart, can I ask where di you get the pressed flowers from? I love that idea!!! I too am having aorund 75 guests, so I was going to have a reasonably small chart as well,my mom has beautiful fonts so I am having her make it, but we havnet decided the size yet, what is a good size for 75 guests?

ok, I just read you are doing 16 x 20, I think my moms printer makes up to 13x 19, so we were going to go a bit smaller, and put one on a stnding easel and one on a tabel easel on the table, but I cant decide on what size to make my chart! Janny2penny, I love your poem too, very nice!!

I, too, am having a rather small reception and am using the chart. May I ask where did your mom get the pretty fonts from? Is it a software package she purchased? if so, what type?

Hi Ericia..I may be worng, but i am pretty sure she got them fron Print shop, I ma y be way off with that..I should be speaking with her today, and I will ask her, she hasnt actually made it yet, wont be doing that until mid december, but i know shes been practicing and playing aorund iwth it, I will find out though for you!!!
