What to wear for a pirate costume?

FH is going to be a pirate for halloween and we didnt see any of the store bought costumes we like. any ideas on how to make our own??

white baggy shirt, open at chest, or a pesent shirt.
black jeans.
Red bandana
parrot
one big hoop earing
Patch
Tatoos
Hook
(they sell the accessories in store)


I have one for girl at home. Its a one piece outfit, white top, red and white strip skirt bottom. Earing, hat, patch.

You should buy a fake parrot to stitch to his shirt, on his shoulder... try looking for one at Michaels? That would be funny
