Previous post about Bridal Suite of Patchogue scared me, but I'm willing to chalk it up to the fact that some people have good experiences and some not so good...if someone out there has had a good experience...

Please help!!

I would like to know myself!!!

I love Irene but the second time I went there to try on dresses she said she'd lost my form from my first trial!

Then today I popped in to try on my dress that I ordered and get a better picture for my mom. Irene was away and Carol said I wasn't in the computer and she couldn't look up my information without my order number or the dress number which I didn't have with me.....and she knew which dress I ordered but couldn't find the dress anywhere. She said it might have been bought by somebody or discontinued.....I'm calling there tomorrow to find out because the 'discontinued' word makes me nervous!!!

Please someone respond with a good story!!!

I am really starting to get nervous. I think I have stop reading about this place. Until my dress comes I am going to be in constant panic mode. I think I have to take a trip down there in person to demand reciept that my dress has been ordered. This is such a nightmare!!!!!!!!!

There seems to be a lot of negative experiences, but there is positive ones too..I know of 4 people who ordered, received and ahd their dresses alterd there...don;tlet it get you upset....get written comnfirmation is had been ordred if you are concerned...there is positives and negatives about each place, I for one would not give 12 penny of my business to PAradise Bridal, or the Bridal SUite of Cenerreach because they were very rude to me and could care less what I wanted or was looking for..and I even had an appointment there....

When I first went to centerach bridal I almost walked out because they were so rude, then I was lucky and realized it was only one person who was rude! I only deal with the nice people there because thats what I deserve. Patchogue has to have had some good experiences or they would be out of business!!! Just get it all in writing!!

I know how you feel, I ordered my dress from Bridal Suite of Patchogue and I am really worried too. My dress was supposed to come in the 3rd week of October. My wedding is still a year 11 months away, but I am thinking about going tomorrow in person to talk to them about the status of my dress.
