Gift For New Mom

I have already started my Xmas shopping and I do not know what to buy my friend for Xmas. She is a new mom and I want to buy something for her. What do you think is a good idea?

at my friends last day of work (before the baby was born) a few of us made her a spa basket....since she was getting so much for the baby...we wanted to make sure that she pampered herself too
